Servoca Resourcing Solutions (SRS) are primarily a recruitment business providing experienced and highly qualified civil and criminal justice professionals to the public and private sector on a contract and permanent basis, specialising in former police officers and police skilled resource.
We have an opportunity for someone to run an existing contract recruitment desk supporting framework clients within Managed Service Provider / Neutral Vendor agreements although there will be the chance to demonstrate your new business / business development skills.
You will need at least 24 months sales or recruitment experience where targets and/or deadlines formed an integral part of the role. However more important will be your attitude. As well as being sales oriented with the willingness and potential to continuously develop, the role will suit an energetic and enthused person with a positive 'want to/can do/will do' attitude and outlook, but can be disciplined and structured when required.
